Wait For Element Present

Is there any command like ‘WaitForElementPresent’ for java in eclipse?

I want to avoid explicit timeouts (Thread.Sleep) and use element visibility dependency for executing test script

    You could try to use this:

    (new WebDriverWait(driver, 10))

    .until(ExpectedConditions.presenceOfElementLocated(By.id("id_of_element_here")));

    This will wait until the element is present on the page, before going to the next code.
    Hope it helps.

    Kind regards
