Unable to launch chrome in DEBUG mode using selenium+Java

I am Unable to launch chromebrowser using selenium-java in debug mode.The executable statement WebDriver driver = new ChromeDriver() is causing signatureParser.current() error. But when I run the program it works fine.This issue happens in debug mode only.Same issue is with firefox driver too(in Debug mode only).

Note: I am using latest version of chromedriver from Selenium HQ site.Chrome browser Version 59.0.3071.115
