Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at apps.rackspace.com.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

    Had a similar issue long back. Looks like a proxy issue. Solution I used.
    1. Create a new firefox profile in the firefox manager and save the proxy that works for you for that website.
    ProfilesIni allProfiles = new ProfilesIni();
    FirefoxProfile ff = allProfiles.getProfile(<profileName>);
    WebDriver driver = FirefoxDriver(ff);

    2. In runtime handle the proxy:
    FirefoxProfile ff = new FirefoxProfile();
    ff.setPreference(“network.proxy.type”, ProxyType.AUTODETECT.ordinal());
    FirefoxDriver ffD = new FirefoxDriver(ff);

    Hope it solves your issue.
