Need Solution for below error

I am facing

and I am not able to proceed further.  I have already tried

ChromeOptions options = new ChromeOptions();
options.addArguments(“–no-sandbox”);
options.addArguments(“–disable-dev-shm-usage”);
options.setExperimentalOption(“useAutomationExtension”, false);
driver = new ChromeDriver(options);

and many other combinations. I am not able to resolve this issue. Please Help.
