How to resolve below Exception

My code is :

    Thanks for posting this question.
    Can you try this
    – Get the latest Webdriver jars and then try
    – Try the steps here

    Let us know if this solves the problem.

    Also do post these two additional information
    – What version of Windows are you on?
    – What is the IE browser version?
